ABV AROMAZYME™ is a food-grade enzyme derived from Aspergillus niger, rich in β-glucosidase activity. It enhances hop aroma and flavor complexity in beer by hydrolyzing glycosidic bonds to release monoterpene alcohols and glucose. Used during fermentation, it allows brewers to optimize hop utilization, reduce hop usage, and still achieve a more expressive and aromatic hop profile—even with less intense hop varieties.
