Bullion Pellets T9 (5kg)
Bred in 1919 at Wye College, England, Bullion is a sister to Brewer’s Gold and originates from a wild Manitoba hop. Released in 1938, it delivers bold flavors of dark fruit with spicy undertones, making it ideal for mid to late additions. While once popular, its use has declined in favor of super-alpha varieties. Known for high alpha acids and yield, it offers a slightly coarse bitterness and deep complexity for stouts, porters, and strong ales.
