HBC 472 T90 (5kg)
Developed by the Hop Breeding Company (HBC) in Yakima Valley, HBC 472 originates from the open pollination of a wild American neomexicanus hop. Primarily used in late boil additions and dry hopping, it delivers a unique aroma of floral, woody, and earthy notes with a distinctive coconut character. In beer, it adds a surprising fruitiness, with aggressive hopping in IPAs bringing forward citrus and grapefruit, complemented by whiskey, bourbon, and coconut undertones.
