A traditional German variety from the Hersbruck growing region, this hop exhibits a fine noble aroma but sometimes shows very low alpha acids. It is considered as a successor of Hallertauer Mittelfrüh. Often used for lagers, pilsners, bocks, weizenbocks, wheats, Belgian- style ales, kölsch and Munich helles.

Hersbrucker Pellets T90 (5kg)
Originally bred as a disease-resistant alternative to Hallertau Mittelfrüh, Hersbrucker is a classic German aroma hop with a balanced profile of fruity, spicy, and floral notes. With low alpha acids and cohumulone, it provides a smooth bitterness and a pleasant aroma, making it ideal for traditional German lagers. More recently, it has found its way into fine English cask ales, showcasing its versatility in brewing.
