Northern Brewer Pellets T90 (5kg)

Developed at Wye College in 1934 from a cross between East Kent Golding and Brewer’s Gold, Northern Brewer is a versatile dual-purpose hop grown primarily in Germany and the U.S. It features a distinct woody, piney, and minty character, making it a key ingredient in European ales, Lambics, and Porters. It is also widely used in California Common-style beers, adding depth and complexity to a variety of styles.
