Developed by HPA in Australia, Eclipse® is a bold, fruit-forward hop bursting with sweet mandarin, zesty citrus peel, and fresh pine needle aromas. Balanced by sweet and sour notes of kiwi and grapefruit, it also features herbal undertones of basil. Best used in late additions, whirlpool, or dry hopping, Eclipse® shines in IPAs and lighter beer styles, adding depth and complexity.
