Released in 2020 by the Hop Breeding Company and descended from Sabro®, Talus™ is an aroma hop with a bold, inviting profile. It features dominant pink grapefruit and tropical fruit aromas, enhanced by fresh lime and red currant notes. With a balanced 1:1 ratio of alpha and beta acids, it creates a smooth bitterness when used early in the boil. Talus™ excels in hop-forward styles like IPAs, pale ales, and pilsners, offering vibrant citrus and floral flavors.
