Strata Pellets Type 90-5kg

Developed by Indie Hops in collaboration with Oregon State University, Strata® originated from an open-pollinated Perle in 2009 and was officially released in 2018. This dual-purpose hop delivers complex layers of fruit flavors, both fresh and dried, with tropical notes of passion fruit, strawberry, and grapefruit. A signature dank, cannabis-like funk with hints of dried chili adds depth. Late additions enhance rounded tropical and bright fresh fruit flavors, while dry hopping brings out more grapefruit and resinous character. Ideal for IPAs, Pale Ales, and hop-forward styles.
