Waimea NZ

Released in 2012, Waimea is a high-alpha New Zealand hop bred from Californian Late Cluster, Fuggle, and Saaz. Though originally developed for bittering, it also delivers bold flavor and aroma, featuring fresh-crushed citrus and pine. This dual-purpose hop is ideal for adding both clean bitterness and vibrant aromatics to a variety of beer styles.
