Organic Munich MD has a pronounced maltiness and aroma, enhancing the character and richness of the beer while providing a pleasing amber-orange color.Kilned at higher temperatures than Organic Pilsen MD, it has significantly lower enzymatic activity. Suitable for use up to 80% of the grain bill in all beer types.
